Criminal cartel case against ANZ, investment banks heading to trial – 9 December 2020

ANZ Bank, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and six executives, face criminal charges after an investigation by the ACCC for an alleged capital raising cartel of  $2.5 billion in 2015.
